DTC Slice is crafting coal fire inspired pizzas utilizing old world baking techniques. Thin and crispy round pies and Authentic Detroit style pizzas. Our mission statement is simple, to deliver the best pizza in Colorado for ourcommunity. It all begins with our dough. Specialty Italian Caputo flours combine with our precise proprietary formula for temperature and hydration, allowing for the nuances of baking in the Mile High city, creating a crust with unmatched flavor, crisp and chew.In the pursuit of the perfect pizza, no ingredient is too costly or process too time consuming.

Our New York style crust is thin, crisp perfection, evolved from the traditional NY style,
but with a touch of our own Colorado artisan flair.

Our Detroit Pan style pizzas are baked in pans that replicate the originals invented in
the Motor City in 1946 when an automotive worker added some dough and cheddar
cheese to a blue steel pan. We are honored to continue this technique and share it with our community.

Origin of idea:

I wanted to serve the best pizza in colorado. At the same time, I wanted to foster a fun
and creative environment for talented pizza makers to display their talents.
